Log sortersWood processing at a sawmill usually begins by sorting the logs to appropriate diagonal and longitudinal categories. The log sorting line consists of four main parts: log deck, dispersal, feeding, measuring and the sorting conveyor.
The sorting lines for poles function the same way.
