Cuttings

End cuttings are possible to do freely using servo response or servo saws. Double servos makes possible the high speed of line and cuttings are still accurate.

On base solution to modern plant is trimmer. Number of trimmer blades is selected to meet current need. Blade up down movement is possible to do by using pneumatic or hydraulic cylinders. Opening cover makes natural service platform to its sides. Covers are noise isolated. Trimmer solution can reach 160 piece / min line speed.
